DER Development Company, LLC (DER) is a full service general contactor and construction manager with over seventy years of heritage in Milford, OH. The roots of the company evolved from a strictly sitework company which assembled site clearing, earthmoving/excavation, site utilities and asphalt paving tasks for private owners, other contractors, and for various forms of the government across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Henry Roe & Sons, as the company was referred to, performed site construction work for residential subdivisions, schools, golf courses, athletic fields, and land development projects.

DER has the capabilities to administer any potential construction or development needs a person or group may posses. Whether a project consists of a tenant-finish, an industrial building, commercial site development or a telecommunications tower the project yields positive results. Pre-construction services including engineering, architectural, and site acquisition can be provided. In certain cases, build-to-suite tenants arrive upon project conception, remain thru construction and finally operate in the space, while leasing. No matter which of these services need to be provided each is handled with high regard.
