DER Development has the ability to self-perform site, civil and foundation work, along with incidental carpentry work. We have the knowledge, tools and equipment to complete small and large projects.
Dale Roe , Owner and President, has been in the business for more than 45 years. He has earned a degree in management from Kentucky Wesleyan College. His education also includes formal training in surveying, estimating and engineering. Mr. Roe also has a certificate of sprinkler irrigation.
William Roe, Vice President, has been in the industry since 2000. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University in 2004.
Oliver Roe, Project Manager, has worked his way up since 2002. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from University of Richmond. Oliver has also completed training in blueprint reading certification and surveying ; line and grade.
Our onsite superintendants have more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
